Do you provide quality inspection before shipment?
Yes. Every single order undergoes a full inspection before shipment. We use 100% Human Remy Hair with intact, aligned cuticles to ensure consistent softness, durability, and color accuracy across every batch.

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 10 sets per color or style. This applies to both Tape-In Hair Extensions and Hair Toppers. Sample orders are accepted outside of this requirement.
How do I get wholesale pricing?

How long is production and lead time?
Standard lead time is 7-12 working days after payment confirmation. Custom color or packaging orders may require additional time. We'll confirm the exact timeline when your order is placed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Bank Transfer and Credit Card. Payment details will be provided upon order confirmation. If you have specific requirements, please let us know.
How do you ship orders, and will I receive tracking information?
We ship via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or Sea Freight depending on your location and order size. A tracking number is provided after shipment so you can monitor your delivery in real time. We serve clients in over 50 countries worldwide.
