Service

These terms govern the cooperation between UE Hair and our global partners -- salons, hair stores, and distributors. Please read carefully before placing your first order.

Article 01

Cooperation Scope

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") apply to all business relationships established between UE Hair and any purchasing party ("Partner"), including but not limited to professional salons, hair extension retailers, beauty distributors, and wholesale buyers.

Eligible Partners

  • Salons & Studios -- Professional hair salons and beauty studios purchasing for client services or retail resale.
  • Wholesale Distributors -- Businesses purchasing in bulk for regional or national distribution.
  • Private Label Brands -- Companies seeking white-label or OEM products under their own branding.
  • Online Retailers -- E-commerce operators selling hair extensions through digital platforms.

Product Coverage

All standard and custom orders for Tape-In Hair Extensions and Hair Toppers, including all color and length variants listed in our catalog.

Geographic Reach

We serve partners in over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping is available via DHL, FedEx, and UPS to all supported regions.

By placing an order with UE Hair, the Partner acknowledges and agrees to be bound by all terms outlined in this Agreement.

Sample orders are accepted and encouraged prior to bulk purchasing. Sample pricing may differ from wholesale rates. Contact us to arrange your sample shipment.

Payment Terms

Bank Transfer (T/T)
100% advance payment required for first-time orders. Established partners may negotiate net terms after 3 successful orders.
Credit Card
Major credit cards accepted. Processing fees may apply. Payment confirmation required before production commences.

Important: Production will not begin until full payment (or agreed deposit) is confirmed in writing. UE Hair reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed orders after 5 business days.

Lead times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to force majeure events. UE Hair will proactively communicate any delays. Shipping timelines are separate from production lead times and depend on the destination country.

Article 03

Customization Terms

UE Hair offers comprehensive customization services for Partners seeking tailored solutions. The following terms govern all custom product requests, including bespoke colors, lengths, and private-label packaging.

Custom Colors

Most shades available on request. Standard catalog colors include #6, #8, #12, #18/22, and #4/27. Balayage and ombre blends available with sample approval.

Custom Lengths

Standard range: 14-18 inches. Custom lengths from 14 to 28 inches available upon request. Length specifications must be confirmed in writing before production.

Sample & Development Fee

A non-refundable sample development fee is required for all custom color and specification requests prior to bulk production.
Sample fees are fully deductible from the subsequent bulk order total, provided the bulk order is placed within 90 days of sample approval.
The exact fee amount will be quoted in writing before any development work begins. Partners must provide written approval before UE Hair proceeds.
If the sample does not meet agreed specifications, UE Hair will provide one revision at no additional cost. Further revisions may incur additional fees.

Mold & Intellectual Property Ownership

Custom molds, tooling, and production templates developed exclusively for a Partner's specifications become the Partner's property upon full payment of all associated development fees.
UE Hair retains physical custody of all molds and tooling for production purposes. Partners may request transfer of custody upon reasonable notice and at their own shipping expense.
UE Hair will not use Partner-exclusive designs for any other client without explicit written consent from the Partner.
Standard catalog designs, processes, and formulations remain the intellectual property of UE Hair and its manufacturing partners.
Article 04

Quality & After-Sales

UE Hair is committed to delivering consistent, premium-grade 100% Remy Human Hair products. Our quality assurance process covers every stage from sourcing to dispatch. We stand behind our products with clear inspection and warranty policies.

Strict color consistency within each production batch
Pre-shipment inspection photos provided on request
Clean, minimalist packaging ready for private labeling
Durability: 6-12 months with proper care and maintenance

Goods Inspection Policy

1 Inspection Window: Partners must inspect all received goods within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery date. Any quality claims must be submitted within this window.
2 Claim Submission: All claims must be submitted via email to Info@uentrusthair.com with clear photographic or video evidence of the alleged defect.
3 Review Process: UE Hair will review and respond to all quality claims within 3 business days of receipt. We may request return of defective goods for further assessment.
4 Exclusions: Claims arising from improper installation, chemical processing, heat damage, or failure to follow care instructions are not covered under this policy.

The appropriate remedy will be determined by UE Hair following claim verification. UE Hair's liability is limited to the value of the defective goods in question.

Article 05

Liability & Dispute Resolution

UE Hair is dedicated to maintaining transparent, long-term partnerships. In the event of disagreements or breaches, the following framework governs resolution and liability.

Breach of Contract

Partner Obligations

Partners who cancel confirmed orders after production has commenced will forfeit any deposit paid and may be liable for reasonable production costs incurred.
Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeline may result in order suspension and forfeiture of reserved production slots.
Unauthorized use of UE Hair's proprietary designs, formulations, or branding constitutes a material breach and may result in legal action.

UE Hair Obligations

In cases of confirmed supply failure attributable solely to UE Hair, remedies are limited to replacement of goods, issuance of credit, or refund of the affected order value.
UE Hair's total liability under any claim shall not exceed the total invoice value of the specific order giving rise to the claim.
UE Hair is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or business opportunities.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, port closures, or carrier disruptions. The affected party must notify the other in writing within 5 business days of the event occurring.

Dispute Resolution Process

Direct Negotiation

Both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith direct communication within 14 calendar days of the dispute arising. Contact us at Info@uentrusthair.com.

Mediation

If direct negotiation fails within the specified period, both parties agree to engage a mutually agreed neutral mediator. Costs of mediation shall be shared equally.

Governing Law & Arbitration

Unresolved disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration under the laws of the People's Republic of China. The place of arbitration shall be agreed upon in writing. Judgments rendered by the arbitrator are final and binding on both parties.

This Agreement is provided in English. In the event of any discrepancy between translated versions, the English version shall prevail. By proceeding with any order, the Partner confirms full understanding and acceptance of these terms.

UE Hair reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Partners will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
